The property was new, clean, and well-maintained, and the price was reasonable. I appreciated the convenience of having a buggy and van for trips, as well as a sufficient lift for everyone.

We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was located close to all the major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Another positive aspect was the free Wi-Fi provided, which helped us stay connected with our loved ones.

Mind-blowing location at the end of a closed incline street, with a convenient golf cart shuttle to the drop-off point only 10 minutes away from the incredible Haram. The hotel itself is pleasantly decorated with nice finishes and offers adequate toiletries, plus a handy fridge to keep your goodies fresh. The shuttle service is exceptional, always available and takes you within 500m of the Haram. Cleanliness is remarkable, and even when my son accidentally broke a coffee mug, they kindly refused to take any money. Additionally, the 24-hour golf cart service from the hotel to the main road, saving you from any excessive walks, was superb. The hotel is also relatively clean, with tiled floors and a walkable distance of approximately 10 minutes to the Haram. a super enjoyable stay with jaw-dropping convenience and exceptional service!
